Thai Consonants
Notes:
- ฃ, ฅ, and ฦ are considered obsolete.
- ฤ and ฦ are usually not classified as constants but as special vowels which include a consonant sound.
However, they behave like consonants with respect to tones and dictionary ordering when they provide the first consonant
sound in a syllable.
- Sources disagree on whether ซ and ฌ may end a syllable.
